Janet Bruner, CPA, MSA
Senior Accountant
Janet joined the firm in 2007, was promoted to Senior Accountant in December 2011, and works mostly in the area of not-for-profit auditing and the preparation of corporate, partnership, individual and not-for-profit tax returns. She is also a QuickBooks Pro Advisor. Janet attended Grand Valley State University, where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting with a minor in information technology, and Masters of Science in Accounting. She earned her CPA certification in Michigan in 2009.Janet is actively involved in the community, playing viola in the Kent Philharmonic Orchestra. She is also a Schools of Hope reading tutor at one of the local Grand Rapids Public Schools.
Janet is an active member in the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.
