Dave Waichum, CPA

Senior Manager - Government Services

Dave became a member of the Hungerford family in March 2003. A native Grand Rapidian, he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration-Major in Accounting from Western Michigan University in April 1969. Prior to joining the firm he was the Fiscal Services Director at a large and diverse unit of government for 28 plus years, retiring from there in December 2002. His primary focus with Hungerford is providing audit services to governmental clients, including schools, townships and cities. He earned the coveted CPA certification in Michigan in September 1971.

Dave and his wife Chris have three grown children, two boys and a girl. He and his wife enjoy outdoor activities.
