Dan Carter, CPA, MST
Shareholder
Dan joined the firm as a Shareholder in 1983. He has full responsibility for a variety of business and individual clients and specializes in Closely Held Companies, Real Estate, Construction, and Technology related industries. His services include tax planning and consulting, strategic planning, capital formation, start-up consulting, management consulting, and unique problem solving.
Dan's education includes a Master of Science in Taxation from Grand Valley State University, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Valparaiso University, and an Associate of Business from Grand Rapids Community College. He earned his CPA in Michigan in 1979. Among the honors he is most proud of was his induction into the Alumni Hall of Fame for the Grand Valley State University School of Accounting.
