Corey Balkon, CPA

Manager

Corey joined the firm full-time in 2001 as a Staff Accountant.  He attended Grand Valley State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy. Corey has over nine years of experience in accounting and tax services including audits, reviews and compilation of financial statements, tax return preparation, and tax planning. Corey is involved and specializes in working with a wide variety of not-for-profit organizations. Corey manages the Not-For-Profit team at Hungerford and works closely with not-for-profit organizations with their audit, accounting, tax, and consulting needs. He is also actively involved in numerous area charities and events for both his current clients and his personal interests.

Corey and his wife Becky enjoy family trips, activities and camping with their two sons. Corey also enjoys playing and attending sporting events with his two sons.
