Carol Schachermeyer
Senior Accountant
Carol attended Ferris State University and graduated summa cum laude from Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration with a B.B.A. in Finance.
Carol joined the firm's Small Business Services department in 2001 and was promoted to Senior Accountant in 2009. In addition to preparing business and individual returns, Carol specializes in Estate and Trust return preparation. She also specializes in Governmental auditing, particularly in the area of Federal Program compliance.
Carol is a native of Grand Rapids. Following graduation from FSU, she lived in Lansing, then the Metro Detroit area before returning to Grand Rapids in 2001.
Carol and her husband, Jim, have two grown sons and one grandchild. She enjoys spending time with her grandchild, traveling, music, reading, and sports.
